Magnetic or Non-magnetic whiteboard?

The difference between the magnetic and the non-magnetic range of whiteboards is precisely that the non-magnetic boards function only as write and wipe whiteboards, whereas the magnetic boards are also receptive to magnets. This means that you can use Parrot magnets to stick paper notes and other ancillaries to the board.

Can I print branding on a whiteboard?

Yes! Custom printing (almost any graphics or text that you supply) can be done on any Standard whiteboard, magnetic or non-magnetic.

Company logos, production schedules, office shifts, information maps, hospital plans and just about anything else you might need.

Design work is supplied in sketch, exel or another format and then finalised in liaison with the customer. Final artwork is submitted and signed off by the customer and then manufactured accordingly. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this process to ensure it is just right!

What do custom printed whiteboards cost?

Choose a whiteboard from the Standard range of magnetic or non-magnetic boards.

Graphic design fees generally cost in the region of R670 and then you will be charged per metre of custom printing depending on the board size you need. Graphic printing is charged at approximately R620 per metre.

So the total is:

Is payment secure?

Definitely! We use a secure payment gateway called Payfast – for more about them, click here.

Payfast uses Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this, the highest, level of encryption currently available.

3D Secure is in place for all credit card transactions.

If you want to know all the nitty-gritty, please visit Payfast’s website above, but we take our customer’s payment security as our primary priority. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any more information about this.

How do I pay?

Our payment gateway (through Payfast) caters for VISA, Mastercard or secure EFT, and even Bitcoin. By prior arrangement and if you would like to collect from our offices, you may be able to pay cash but for security reasons we prefer not to handle cash.

What is 3D Secure?

If you are not registered with 3D Secure, you only need to do so once with you own bank and after that, you are good to go on any online store that uses this excellent security feature.

3D Secure is an extra layer of security in using your credit card for online transactions. For online transactions over R1000 you’ll be asked to enter your 3D Secure password (different from the PIN), which is called Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode by the respective credit card companies.

You have to register for 3D Secure with your card issuing bank, and can be set up either as a password of your choice or a one-time-password that will be sent to you by email/SMS.

Although it is not required to use 3D Secure on an online shop, we insist on it in order to encourage our customers to register and use this additional layer of security.
